You manage the flow of a busy, high-energy clinic. You build relationships with patients that keep them on track with their care.
You are part educator, part coach, part air traffic controller, and the reason the day runs the way it should.

What You'll Do
You will be the primary CA in the Erie office, which means you own the patient experience from start to finish.
- Manage office flow and patient scheduling so the clinic runs smoothly and on time
- Greet patients and build the kind of relationships that make people want to stay on their care plan
- Educate patients on their treatment, therapy options, and the value of consistent chiropractic care
- Assist with patient exams and therapies
- Promote internal events and care plan milestones
- Maintain practice statistics and support the doctor in hitting clinic goals
For the right candidate, there is a clear path to grow into a New Patient Concierge role — one of the most impactful positions in a chiropractic practice
